Any organization or individual who supports the goals of The Michigan Breastfeeding Network can join. Participation is available on a statewide or regional basis. Please complete the form below. After completing the form, please proceed to choose a membership type (organizational or individual) below to complete payment. If mailing payment, please include a copy of the form below with your check or money order.
ORGANIZATIONAL MEMBERS: $50 Annual Dues
Organizational members will be considered members and may be listed as such on brochures and other materials. (One designee per membership).
INDIVIDUAL MEMBERS: $25 Annual Dues
Individual members may participate in state or regional MBN activities.
Annual memberships are available for individuals or organizations. Each individual member and each organization representative has voting privileges.
Meetings
Meetings of the Michigan Breastfeeding Network are held quarterly at locations throughout Michigan. Meeting announcements and agendas will be posted on the listserv. We encourage membership to our coalition but anyone who supports our mission and goals is welcome to attend our meetings.
The next meeting of the Michigan Breastfeeding Network will be March 21, 2012 in Detroit, hosted by St John's Hospital and Medical Center at
22101 Moross, Detroit, Michigan in the Van Elslander Cancer Center Conference Room.
Directions:
- From I-94, take Moross Road exit 224A
- Go east on Moross about 3/4 of a mile
- St. John Hospital and Medical Center is on the left
- Pass the hospital and proceed to Mack Avenue
- Turn left or north on Mack Avenue
- Turn left at the first island and cross Mack to enter the St. John Hospital campus
- After you reach the second stop sign, the Cancer Center will be on the right hand side
The meeting will be held in the Van Elslander Cancer Center Conference Room #35 which is located on the 3rd floor in the Main Hospital. Please report to the main entry of the hospital pass the receptionist desk- to the left take the elevators up to the 3rd floor.
(Valet Parking is available free of charge between the hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm.)
